Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in ( 6 Monaten) für eine 95 m² große Altbauwohnung (2er-WG) im 4. Bezirk. Dein Zimmer ist 15 m² groß, super hell und bereits möbliert mit den wichtigsten Sachen: ein Tisch, ein Bett (120 cm, ohne Matratze), Nachttisch und Schränke. Für Tisch, Bett und Nachttisch fällt eine Ablöse von 100€ an, die Schränke gehören zum Mietobjekt und sind vom Vermieter gestellt.
Als WG teilt ihr euch zu zweit:
- Ein gemütliches, großes Wohnzimmer
- Eine geräumige Küche
- Ein Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken, Badewanne und Dusche
Ich suche eine Person, die (bevorzugt) berufstätig ist, bewusst mit Energie und Heizung umgeht und natürlich auf Sauberkeit und respektvolle Umgang achtet.

Your room is 15 m², super bright, and already furnished with the essentials: a desk, a bed (120 cm, without a mattress), a bedside table, and wardrobes. There is a €100 takeover fee for the desk, bed, and bedside table, while the wardrobes are provided by the landlord.
As a shared flat, you will have:
- A cozy and spacious living room
- A large kitchen
- A bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub, and a shower
I’m looking for someone who is (preferably) employed, uses energy and heating responsibly, and, of course, values cleanliness and respect.

Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Bezirk, ganz in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof (U1, Bus 13A und alles, was über den Hauptbahnhof geht), aber weit genug weg, dass es hier ruhig bleibt. Außerdem ist der sehr schöne Alois-Drasche-Park gleich ums Eck.
