Die Wohnung liegt im EG einer Seitenstraße der Reinprechtsdorferstraße (Schwarzhorngasse). Sie liegt somit nah an der U4 und diverse Buslinien. Für genauere Informationen zur Verkehrsanbindung konsultiere am besten Google Maps, wir sind selbst erst zugezogen und fahren meistens Fahrrad ;)
Ansonsten bietet der 5. Bezirk natürlich viele Vorzüge wie eine Vielzahl an Restaurants, Bars, interessanten Ecken und Nähe zu den anderen inneren Bezirken.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a side street off Reinprechtsdorferstraße (Schwarzhorngasse). It is therefore close to the U4 and various bus lines. Beyond that, the 5th district offers many advantages such as a variety of restaurants, bars, interesting corners and proximity to the other inner districts.

Hi, wir sind Leon und Emöke. Wir sind gute Freunde und suchen einen netten Menschen, um unsere neu gegründete 3er WG zu komplettieren.

Ich, Leon (deutsch), bin 26 Jahre alt und bin Anfang 2021 für meine jetzt Ex-Arbeit nach Wien gezogen und habe seitem in 3 WG Konstellationen gewohnt: zu Viert im 17., zu Viert im 2. und zuletzt zu Dritt im 20.. Ich bin studierter Produktdesigner und war bis vor kurzem in einer Firma tätig, die auf die Wiederverwendung von Bauteilen und -materialien spezialisiert ist. Derzeit bin ich auf der Suche nach einem ähnlich coolen Job (Tips sind willkommen :D).
Ansonsten beschäftige ich mich recht intensiv mit Musik, lege etwas auf und spiele in einem Trio Schlagzeug. (Street)Art, gute Gespräche und Natur inspirieren und beleben mich. Und Rennrad fahren!

Emöke (rumänisch/ungarisch), 25 Jahre alt, hat diesen Sommer ihren zweiten Master Titel in Soziologie/Anthropologie an der Central European University abgeschlossen und hat kürzlich einen Job am British Council, ist nebenher aber noch auf der Suche nach einer anderen Stelle. Sie ist eine sehr offene, umgängliche und humorvolle Person, die ebenfalls ein großes Interesse an Kunst und Kultur hat.

Wir ernähren uns beide hauptsächlich vegetarisch.
Für das WG-Leben wünschen wir uns ein freundliches, gelassenes Miteinander. Lebhafter Austausch ist willkommen, geschlossene Türen sind respektiert. Ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig.

Hi, we are Leon and Emöke. We are good friends and are looking for a nice person to complete our newly founded 3-person shared flat.

I, Leon (German), am 26 years old and moved to Vienna at the beginning of 2021 for my now ex-work and have lived in 3 shared flats constallations since then. I studied product design and until recently worked for a company that specializes in the reuse of components and materials. I'm currently looking for a similarly cool job (tips are welcome :D).
Otherwise I spend a lot of time interacting with music, I DJ a little and play the drums in a trio. (Street)art, good conversations and nature inspire and invigorate me. And biking!

Emöke (Romanian/Hungarian), 25 years old, completed her second master's degree in sociology&social anthropology at Central European University this summer and has started a job at the British Council in October, but is still looking for another job. She is a very open, sociable and humorous person who also has a great interest in art and culture.

We're both mostly vegetarian.
We're wishing for a friendly, relaxed atmosphere in the apartment. Lively interactions are welcome, closed doors are respected. A certain level of cleanliness is important to us.

WICHTIG!
Die Hausverwaltung will, dass alle drei Personen (und idR die jeweiligen Bürgen) am Vertrag stehen und diesen unterschreiben. Die Besonderheit am Vertrag ist, dass eine Mindestmietdauer von 16 Monaten vorgesehen ist (Kündigung im 13. Monat + 3 Monate Kündigungsfrist). Von den Bürgen werden Einkommensnachweise der vergangenen drei Monate gefordert. Sodern du selbst ein ausreichendes Einkommen hast, ist dieser Punkt natürlich hinfällig. Alle eventuellen Fragen zum Vertrag können wir dann persönlich klären.

IMPORTANT!
The property management requires all three people will be listed on the contract with their own signatures, as well as their guarantor's (if necessary). The contract dictates a minimum duration of stay of 16 months (termination in the 13th month and 3 months' notice). If you have no or low income on your own you'll need a guarantor. They have to provide pay slips of the past 3 months and scans of their identity document.
