This room is a gem above the rooftops of Vienna and radiates true Viennese charm with a lot of attention to detail.
It's in a typical "Wiener Altbau" building located in the 8th district. I am the main renter and on the look for an easygoing, warm hearted female, who appreciates cleanliness and peace at home.

HIGHLIGHTS:
★ Spacious room (~30sqm) – plenty of space for sleeping, relaxing, or working in a private atmosphere
★ Functional furniture with love for detail
★ Breathtaking view over the house mountains of Vienna
★ Central location, good public transportation connections
★ Many Points of interest (such as University, the Town Hall, Stephansdom etc. (within walking distance)
★ Numerous restaurants and shops just a few steps away

Furniture: functional, with a comfy bed, writing desk and office chair, drawer and cloth hanger, lamps ect.
The room is easy to access. It's the right next to the bathroom.

Rent:
1 month: 860€ (including basic rent, heating and a flat rate for utility & Internet, furniture)

A per week rentals is available too, just shoot me a message and check availability.

--> The apartment is located in the center of Vienna.
The 8th district, Josefstadt, is one of the most beautiful areas of Vienna, surrounded by museums and theaters. It is next to the 1st district, which is the immediate heart of Vienna. The quarter is busy during the day and lively at night.

--> A hidden gem is the park right across the street in the area of the "Altes AKH" with its many courtyards, where a part of the campus of the University of Vienna is also located. You can easily walk to many well-known sights such as the Vienna City Hall, the Burgtheater, the Stephansplatz, and the Ringstrasse with its museums.

-->There are several shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants in walking distance.

-->The best way to get around is by public transport. Vienna has several trams, buses, metro and trains to get around. The closest public connection is 3 min across the street.
It is a 10 min minute walk to the nearest metro station which connects you to the main train station, the main bus station, and the airport.

I am a director and musician and work project based. I work in home office a lot.
So I appreciate a peaceful and clean home.

I prefer an independent, mindful female, who treats my home with care.
Ideally you work outside.

I am very peaceful and appreciate quiet and peace at home.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor.

There are general house rules to obtain like:

-->This is also a non-smoking flat.
--> Wi-Fi will be provided while adhering to the fair-use policy.
