In der Wohnung gibt es 3 Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon. Eines der drei Schlafzimmer ist noch frei für dich. Es wird unmöbliert übergeben.
Unser geräumiges Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Couch, einen großen Esstisch und einen Beamer. Außerdem haben wir einen gemeinsamen Balkon für chillige Sommerabende draußen. Wir freuen uns, wenn du gemeinsam mit uns auch an der Gestaltung der Wohnung teilnimmst.
Im Flur gibt es zahlreiche Schränke und eine Abstellkammer, die wir für unseren Kram benutzen können. Eigentlich ist also kein Kleiderschrank in den Schlafzimmern notwendig.

In the apartment there are 3 bedrooms and a living room with a balcony. One of the three bedrooms is still free for you. The bedroom will be without furniture.
Our living room is equipped with a comfortable couch, a dining table and a projector. There's a balcony for chill summer nights outside. We would be happy if you also participate in the design of the apartment together with us.
In the hallway, there are numerous closets and a storage closet that we can use for our stuff. So actually there is no need for a closet in the bedrooms.
Das Wohnhaus liegt im Hinterhof der schwedischen Kirche in der Gentzgasse. Somit sind alle Zimmer hofseitig und sehr ruhig. Die Nähe zum Gürtel und U6 kommt uns sehr gelegen, vielleicht ist es auch für dich die ideale Lage. Ein Ausflug in die Natur geht schnell mit der Straßenbahn in den Pötzleinsdorfer Schlosspark. In der Währinger Straße findet man alles, was man braucht.

The apartment building is located in the backyard of the Swedish church in Gentzgasse. Thus, all rooms are courtyard-side and very quiet. The proximity to the Gürtel and U6 is very convenient for us, perhaps it is also the ideal location for you. An excursion into nature can be done quickly by streetcar to the Pötzleinsdorfer Schlosspark. In Währinger Straße you can find everything you need.
Clara ist 30 Jahre alt, sucht gerade einen Job als Umweltmanagerin und hat lustige Hobbys wie Wrestling und geht gern ins Fitnessstudio. Ansonsten immer gern auf Konzerten, in der Stadt am Spazieren oder vegan essen (leider nicht so gern kochen, aber muss manchmal auch sein).
Lilly (20) studiert Architektur und verbringt viel Zeit in der Uni oder mit Cosplay.
Wir wohnen seit Oktober zusammen und freuen uns auf eine dritte Mitbewohnerin. Wenn wir beide daheim sind quatschen wir gerne, schauen einen Film oder trinken Tee zusammen. Wir sind beide vegan. Es wäre super, wenn du auch nur ab und zu oder gar kein Fleisch isst, weil uns der Geruch im Wohnbereich stört.

Lilly (20) is studying architecture and spends a lot of time at university or cosplaying.
We have been living together since October and we're looking forward to live with a third roomie. When we are both at home we like to chat, watch a movie or drink tea together. The both of us are vegan. It would be great if you also only eat meat once in a while or not at all, because the smell in the living area bothers us.
In der Miete sind die Heizkosten inkludiert, allerdings können wir die restlichen Nebenkosten für Strom, Internet und Haushaltsversicherung noch nicht fix vorhersagen. Wir rechnen mit ca. 50€ pro Person.
Das WC ist vom Badezimmer getrennt, hat aber ein eigenes Waschbecken.
Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem ein Kellerabteil und es gibt einen Fahrradraum.

The toilet is separate from the bathroom, but has its own sink.
The apartment also includes a cellar compartment and there is a bicycle room.
