Warm greetings 🙃 I am subletting my room in my beloved home from 20.02 - 10.04 in cutest Woltersdorf for around 400 €/month (estimated price, might slighty change due to the new gas prices). Anmeldung is not possible, and I am asking for a 100€ deposit.
We're so close to Flakensee that one can see it from the window of the 2nd floor; there are forests on both ends of our street, Kalksee just a few minutes away by foot and heartwarming skies ✨ My room has a door directly to the garden, and there is a chance for you to do some Gartenarbeit if you want to 🙂 All of this isn't far from the city either. Going by bike to Erkner and from there with the RE to Ostkreuz takes around 30-35 min. Or around 45-50 min with tram plus S-Bahn.
You'd share the home with the lovelies Flora, Sandra and Konstantin. Flora has just finished her Embodied Intimacy training and will likely remind you of the bright side of life with her contagious laughter. Sandra is a warm-and-generous-hearted social worker with some amazing stories to tell. Konstantin has moved in with us after 2,5 sabatical years travelling with his camper and is now doing his Sexological Bodywork training.
