Hello! I’m Om, a 22-year-old computer science student who has been admitted to the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt. I’ll be arriving in Würzburg this March and am looking for a shared apartment that’s available starting from March 1st, which aligns perfectly with my university schedule.
I noticed your apartment and its convenient location close to my university caught my attention—it’s just what I’m looking for! I know you might prefer a female tenant, but I thought I’d still reach out since this seems like a great fit.
I’m a non-smoker, tidy, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces. I don’t have pets, and I have financial support through a blocked account and my parents, so paying rent on time won’t be an issue.
