Haus-WG mit Kamin, Terrasse, Garten - für Frauen

Gemütliche und geräumige Frauen-WG in Eigenhofen/Zirl
Das beste am Haus: Kamin im Wohnzimmer und viel Sonne im Winter durch die Südhanglage. Richtig großes Wohnzimmer (32 m2 und Raumhöhe über 2 Stockwerke) mit Blick auf die Berge und das Inntal. Riesige Panorama-Terrasse (ca. 45 m2), Ausrichtung Süd-West, und ein riesiger Garten, durch den man direkt in den Wald gehen kann.
Freie Zimmer:
1) ca. 10 m2, eigene Terrassentür und Südfenster, Teppichboden, möbliert, 380 € pro Monat, ab sofort bis inkl. Oktober 2019
2) ca. 14 m2, + kleine Kammer als begehbarer Kleiderschrank, möbliert, Laminatboden und ein großes Ostfenster, also Sonne am Morgen und kostet all. inkl. 430 € pro Monat, ab sofort bis inkl. Oktober 2019
3) ca. 19 m2, 2 Nordfenster und ein großes Dachfenster, durch das die Sonne aufs Bett scheint, möbliert, Teppichboden, 475 € pro Monat, ab Mitte Februar bis Mai 2019
4) zwei Zimmer je ca. 11 m2 mit Südfenstern und eigenem Süd-Westbalkon, Teppichboden, das erste ist ein Durchgangszimmer (Büro), durch das man zum zweiten Zimmer (Schlafzimmer) kommt, 500 € pro Monat. Zwischenmiete März und April
Ein paar wichtige Infos vorweg:
-Es gibt zwei Katzen, Zoe und Mia, die total lieb sind, aber auch durch die Katzentür ein und aus gehen, wie es ihnen passt, und auch gerne mal ihre Jagdbeute ins Haus tragen. Es hat schon mal ein Hund hier gewohnt, das war mit den Katzen kein Problem. Prinzipiell sind Haustiere willkommen, wir müssen dann konkret schauen, ob sie sich mit den Katzen vertragen. Wenn man nur leicht allergisch ist, kein Problem, das bin ich auch und wenn ich die Zimmertür zu lasse, geht es ganz gut.
-Nichtraucher-WG, nicht nur im Haus, sondern am ganzen Grundstück, also auch Garten, Terrasse, Eingangsbereich, sind rauchfrei. Das gilt für Zigaretten, Joints, E-Zigaretten, Pfeifen und was es sonst alles gibt, und für Besuch auch. Also ideal für NichtraucherInnen und alle, die es werden wollen. ;-)
-Musikerinnen sind willkommen, ich weiß, wie es ist, wenn jemand zuhause übt und es stört mich nicht. Ich spiele selbst Harfe, aber leider viel zu selten. Die Volksharfe steht im Wohnzimmer und freut sich bestimmt über Mitspielerinnen.
-Wir können gerne gemeinsam gärtnern! :-)

Zum Haus: Wir alle (4-5 Bewohnerinnen) teilen uns die Eingangsdiele und Garderobe, ein kleines Zusatz-WC mit Waschbecken, die Waschmaschine, und Herz und Seele des Hauses, sprich Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, die riesige Terrasse und den Garten. Zwei Bewohnerinnen teilen sich ein großes, schönes Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne, Waschbecken und WC, und auch die Küche mit Herd, Backrohr, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler. Zwei andere Bewohnerinnen teilen sich die Maisonette, dort ein kleineres Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC und eine Wohnküche mit Herd, Backrohr, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler. Autos kann man vor dem Haus abstellen. Den ganzen Winter über gibt es viel Sonne im Haus, im Sommer ist es angenehm kühl. Geheizt wird mit Öl über eine Fußbodenheizung, und im Wohnzimmer gibt es zusätzlich den gemütlichen Kamin.



Nice and cosy shared house (for women)
The best: big living room (32m2) with very high ceiling and a nice chimney and lots of sun, the windows are south and west. Big terrace (45m2) with panoramic view on mountains, valley and the Inn. Big garden and the woods directliy behind the house.
4 rooms availiabe:
1) 14m2 + walk in cupboard, furnished, from now til end of October 2019 (or for a shorter time), all inkl. 430€ per month
2) 10 m2, door to the terrace, furnished, from now til end of October 2019 (or for a shorter time), 380 € per month all inkl.
3) 19 m2, 475 € per month, from mid february to Mai 2019 (or shorter)
4) Two rooms 11 m2 each, private balcony south-west, one as an office (Büro), the second as bedroom, 500 € per month all inkl., to rent march and april
Good to know:
- There are two cats, Zoe and Mia. Pets are welcome, but we have to see how it goes with the cats, they usually get along well with dogs, but not with other cats.
- No smoking in the house, on the terrace or in the garden.
- Musicians are welcome, I play the harp, but unfortunately not so often, the harp stays in the living room so you are welcome to play too.
- We can do gardening together…
- Visitors are welcome! We are only women living together in the house, but that doesn’t mean we can’t have guests with whatever gender!
About the house: we all (4-5) share the entrance and heart and soul of the house which is the living room, terrace and garden, and also the washing machine. There are two kitchens and two bathrooms in the house, so two people share the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchens have both a dishwasher, fridge, oven… You can park the car in front of the house. The heating is in the floor and there is also the chimney in the living room.
About the village: Eigenhofen is small, people are nice and there is a common area for celebrations, concerts and all sorts of activities, soccer place, playground, the Inn river, hiking paths… bus every 30 minutes during the week (17 km to Innsbruck). Next stores are in Zirl (3 km) but there is a foodcoop.
About me: I’m Iris, I work as a freelancer in homeoffice, but also travelling a lot. When living together in a shared house, I like to have some agreements on things concerning the house and living together, like cleaning, to avoid missunderstandings. I like being social, but also being by myself and thanks to the big house, that’s both easy. I’m quite calm, so no big and loud parties all night every day, but I enjoy inviting friends and having a good time together and I’m happy when you also bring guests. I love taking long walks in the woods and reading or writing at the fire or in the garden, do gardening, do nothing with the cats, but I’m often to busy. I’m looking forward to meeting you!
