Ich vermiete mein Wohnheimszimmer für 2 Monate, da mein Vertrag bis 31.08. läuft und ich Zürich bereits wieder verlasse. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Regal, Schrankwand & hat Waschbecken und Spiegel. Duschen und Toiletten befinden sich auf dem Gang. Eine sehr große und gut ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche befindet sich im EG, sowie ein abschließbares Kühlfach, welches zum Zimmer gehört.

I´m searching for a subtenant for my room for 2 months, since my contract runs until august 31st and i´m leaving Zurich earlier. The room is fully equiped with a bed, a desk, a shelf and a closet. Also it has a sink and a mirror. Showers and toillets are shared. A huge and well equiped kitchen is at the ground floor as well as a lockable box in the fridge, that belongs to the room.
Das Haus ist unmittelbar vor der Haltestelle der 17er Tram Linie, welche alle 7-8 Minuten fährt. In 10-20 Minuten ist man an den wichtigsten Plätzen der Stadt. Mehrere Supermärkte sind ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The house is directly in front of the tram line 17, which leaves every 7-8 minutes. In 10-20 minutest you can reach most places in town. Also multiple supermarkets are only a short walk away.
