Big 20m2 room available in Seefeld from the 15th may (slightly flexible) - 1330 chf pcm
I'm moving out into my own place where I can have a separate office room as I mostly work from home. The room has a large quadruple wardrobe and large chest of drawers that will stay in the room. However, the new Tenant will need to bring a bed.
In order to be able to take over the room you need to be able to become a main tenant (joint with Mario). Therefore you must have a stable job and already have a B or C permit or be a Swiss citizen.

The location is perfect for summer! You'll be living just a 5 minute walk to Chinagarten and 2 minutes to the Höschgasse tram stop (line 2 and 4). You can be at Stadelhofen in just over 5 minutes and at the main station in around 10 minutes.
You'll share the flat with Annie (female, Irish, working as a Nanny) and Mario (male, Swiss, working as an accountant), both in their early 30s, really friendly and easy going. There is also use of a shared kitchen, a furnished living room and balcony. The bathroom is only shared with Annie as Mario has an en-suite.
