As I will be leaving this shared flat where I’ve been living for the last four years, my bright (South-facing) and quiet room (ca. 18m2, windows open to green courtyard) with own bathroom and extra space (8m2, for a wardrobe and a desk for example) in Sihlfeld/Wiedikon will become available for rent from beginning of June (flexible dates).

The room is part of a modern 4.5 rooms shared apartment in Goldbrunnenstrasse 139, 8055 Zürich. The modern flat has a large living room, fully equipped kitchen with all amendments and south-facing balcony facing the green courtyard. There is a second bathroom and a washing machine and dryer in the flat, as well as large storage space in the basement. The house also has a bicycle storage room.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, nur zwei Minuten Gehzeit entfernt von der nächsten Tram- (Linien 9 und 14) und Bushaltestelle (32, 67, 215, 235). Zum Hauptbahnhof benötigt man etwa 12 Minuten, ins Stadtzentrum 10 Minuten und zum Flughafen Zürich etwa 30 Minuten. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Migros, Coop, Denner) und angesagte Restaurants, Cafés und Bars erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten. Es gibt auch den schönen Friedhof Sihlfeld in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowie einen Park mit Sportmöglichkeiten (Basketballplatz, Laufbahn, Tischtennis), eine Eishalle und ein Schwimmbad sowie einen Weg zum schönen Uetliberg.

The flat is located in a beautiful, quiet side street only a two minute walk to the next tram stop (lines 9 and 14) and bus stops (32, 67, 215, 235). It takes about 12 minutes to get to the main station and around 30 minutes to get to Zurich airport. Different shopping facilities (Migros, Coop, Denner), hip restaurants, and bars can be reached in just a few minutes’ walk. There is the beautiful Sihlfeld Cemetery close by and a park with sports facilities (basketball court, track, ping-pong), an ice rink and a swimming pool, as well as the path up to beautiful Uetliberg nearby.
Die Wohnung teilst du mit zwei freundlichen und aufgeschlossenen Mitbewohnern (28 und 32 Jahre alt) aus Deutschland und Italien. Beide sind berufstätig, im Online-Marketing und der Beratung angestellt und sind oft am Wochenende unterwegs. Die beiden sind aufgestellt und es ist sehr angenehm mit ihnen die Wohnung zu teilen.
Der Preis beträgt CHF 1200 / Monat, inklusive Strom und Heizung, etc.! Bei Bedarf können einzelne Möbel übernommen werden.

You will share the flat with two friendly and sociable flatmates (28 and 32) from Germany and Italy, both professionals, working in marketing and consulting, often travelling in the weekends. Languages spoken in the flat are English, German, Italian, Spanish and French. If you enjoy a clean apartment (we have a bi-weekly cleaning service), a glass of wine in the evening and interesting conversations, then this flat might be right for you.
The price is CHF 1200- /month, including electricity, heating, etc.! If you like, you can take over some of the furniture in the room.
