I am looking for an easy going flatmate (whether a woman or a man) for a very nice shared apartment. International people working in Zurich are very welcome as well. The apartment on the mezzanine floor and the central location in Zurich are very beautiful.
There are 3,5 rooms in the 85 qm apartment which we jointly share . The entire apartment is very bright and warm, largely hidden from view and has wooden floors. The apartment has cable TV and WIFI as well as a small balcony and roof terasse. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement.
Your room is equipped already with a bed with a mattress, bedside table, clothes rack, desk and armchair. However, if you have your own furniture, you are welcome to bring it with you. There is both a shower and a bathtub and 2 toilets in the flat.
The shared kitchen and common living room are also fully furnished, there are enough crockery, plates and glasses as well as plenty of storage space in both the kitchen and the basement.

Ich suche einen nette Mitbewohner:In (egal ob Frau oder Mann) für eine sehr schöne WG Wohnung. Internationale Personen welche in Zürich arbeiten sind auch herzlich willkommen. Die Wohnung im Hochparterre sowie die zentrale Lage in Zürich ist wunderschön.
Wir teilen uns gemeinsam 3,5 Zimmer, die gesamte 85qm Wohnung ist sehr hell und warm, grossteils uneinsehbar und hat Holzfussböden. In der Wohnung ist Kabelfernsehen und WIFI vorhanden, es gibt einen kleinen Balkon und Dachterrasse. Im Kellerabteil ist eine Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Dein Zimmer ist bereits voll möbliert mit einem breiten Bett mit Matratze, Nachttisch, Kleiderablage sowie Schreibtisch und Sessel. Falls du jedoch auch eigene Möbel hast, kannst du diese gerne mitbringen. In der Wohnung gibt sowohl eine Dusche als auch eine Badewanne.
Die gemeinsame Küche sowie das Wohnzimmer sind ebenfalls bereits voll möbliert, es gibt ausreichend Geschirr, Teller und Gläser sowie genug Stauraum sowohl in der Küche als auch im Keller.

I am looking for an open and uncomplicated person - whether man or woman - who is interested in shared activities or just conversations in the evening if time, our work or studies allow it. As for myself, I am working in the IT sector, like to do sports, like to go to the cinema or the theater/musical every now and then. Always open also to play cards or other community games, or just have a nice chat.
Furthermore, an "open door policy" should be a matter of course for you. I've already had very positive shared experiences in life where it always worked out great. A hermit who always has the door closed doesn't suit me.

Ich suche eine offene und sehr unkomplizierte Person (egal ob Mann oder Frau) mit Interesse an gelegentlichen Aktivitäten oder einfach auch nur gemeinsamen Gesprächen am Abend sofern es die Zeit, unsere Arbeit oder Studium erlaubt. Ich selbst arbeite im IT Bereich, mache gerne Sport, ab- und zu Yoga, gehe immer wieder gerne ins Kino oder Theater/Musical und spiele gerne Karten oder andere Gemeinschaftsspiele. Oft steht aber auch bloss ein netter Fernsehabend auf der Couch auf dem Programm.
Weiters sollte "Offene Tür Politik" in der Wohnung für dich selbstverständlich sein. Ich habe bereits sehr positive WG Erfahrungen im Leben gemacht, wo das immer super geklappt hat. Ein Einsiedler der ständig die Tür zu hat, passt nicht zu mir.
Wenn du dich mit all dem was du gelesen hast wohl fühlst, und du das Gefühl hast wir könnten gut zusammen passen, freue ich mich über eine liebe Nachricht von dir, wo du mir mehr von dir erzählst und vor allem auch, wie du dir ein gemeinsames WG Leben so vorstellst.
