Mein Name ist Kang-Hua Chu, ich bin 19 Jahre alt hnd ich studiere Psychologie an der RWTH Aachen. Ich bin neu in der Stadt und suche eine Wohnung mit guter Anbindung zur Uni. Am liebsten in einer ruhigen Gegend, in der Nähe eines Supermarkts und einer Bushaltestelle.

Sauberkeit und Respekt sind mir wichtig, und ich achte stets auf das Wohl meiner Nachbarn. Ich spreche fließend Deutsch, Englisch und Chinesisch und komme gut mit anderen aus. Außerdem bin ich leicht zu erreichen. In meiner Freizeit lese ich gerne, schwimme und koche.

Ich werde von meinen Eltern finanziell unterstützt und kriege monatlich Zahlungen von meinem Sperrkonto. Die Miete war nie ein Problem für mich und wird es auch nie sein.

I value cleanliness and respect for others, always being mindful of my neighbors’ well-being. I speak German, English, and Chinese fluently and get along well with others. I am easy to contact and in my free time, I enjoy reading, swimming, and cooking.

I am financially supported by my parents and receive monthly payments from my Sperrkonto. Rent has never been a problem with me and it won’t be in the future.
