This is a single room in an old house, which has several rooms. Currently I think there are only 3-4 people staying there.
The room is equipped with a bed, mattress, blanket, bedsheet, wardrobe, table and chair, a cupboard, a bed-cupboard, and a basin(or sink) so you can wash your face or brush your teeth just in the room.
Toilet, bathroom and kitchen are shared with floor mates, but there's only one guy there now. laundry room is on the ground floor.
Cleaner will come once a week.
Disadvantage is that this place does not have wifi or cable... so if you need internet, it'd be best if you have a contract with a tele-company.

In the town of Aarburg, near Olten, only 3 minutes by train.
The train station is called Aarburg-Oftringen. from the station it's only 2-3 minutes walk to this house.
the house has a really nice shared garden/open space, where you can do BBQ or just enjoy the sun.
