Es handelt sich um eine ETW in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit 8 Parteien. Eigener Stellplatz ist in Miete enthalten. Waschküche befindet sich im UG aber das hat sich bis jetzt nicht als ein Problem erwiesen. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerraum und ein Abstellraum in der Wohnung. Es gibt noch ein Abstellraum für Fahrräder, Kinderwagen usw.
Wohnung ist hell, groß und gepflegt.So wie das ganze Haus.
An den Dachfenstern sind auch als Sonnenschutz Außenrollos vorhanden. In jedem Raum sind hochwertige Fliegenschutzgitter angebracht. Das Bad hat eine Duschecke und Badewanne.
Das Haus befindet sich abseits der Strasse. Man hat in der Wohnung seine Ruhe und schönen Ausblick vom Balkon.
Zum Bus sind es ca. 2 min. zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in 2-5 km Etnfernung (REWE, Aldi, Lidl, Kik, Tankstelle usw.).
Grundschule und Kindergarten sind im Ort.
Anschluß zur A61 ca. 3 km. Man kommt schnell auch nach Bingen, Bad Kreuznach, Simmern, Mainz, Wiesbaden usw.
