Wir vermieten kurzfristig unsere gemütliche Dachgeschoss-Wohnung für einen Monat unter. Die Wohnung besitzt ein Schlafzimmer, einen Wohnraum mit offener Küche, ein Tageslichtbad mit Badweanne und einen Balkon. Sie ist schön hell und man kann vom Schlafzimmer aus das Panorama Berlins mit Fernsehturm genießen.
Zur Nutzung bereit stehen Küche mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine sowie benötigtes Geschirr. Außerdem räumen wir euch einen Kleiderschrank und ein paar Schubladen, damit ihr euere Sachen auch irgendwo unterbekommt.
In den Nebenkosten sind W-Lan und Strom enthalten.
Fahrräder können im Innenhof auf dem Fahrradstellplatz angeschlossen werden.

We are renting out our cozy apartment for a month. The apartment has a bedroom, a living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom with a window + a bathtub, and a balcony. The flat is nice and bright and you can enjoy the panorama of Berlin with the television tower from the bedroom.
Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine as well as necessary dishes are available for use. We'll also clear out a wardrobe and a few drawers for you so that you can put your things somewhere.
Wi-Fi and electricity are included in the additional costs.
Bicycles can be locked up in the bicycle parking space in the courtyard.
5 Gehminuten zur S-Bahn-Haltestelle Baumschulenweg (auch Busverbindungen); Supermärkte und andere Läden finden sich zahlreich auf der Baumschulenstraße, direkt ums Eck.
Für Spaziergänge: 10 Gehminuten zum Plänterwald oder dem grünem Heidekampgraben

5 minutes walk to the S-Bahn-station Baumschulenweg (also bus connections). There are numerous supermarkets and other shops on Baumschulenstrasse, right around the corner.
For walks: 10 minutes walk to the Plänterwald or Heidekampgraben

Wir suchen nach Personen, die gerne in einer sauberen Wohnung leben und sich hier wohlfühlen wollen.
Anmeldung ist nach aktuellem Stand nicht möglich. Wir klären es gerade noch mit der Hausverwaltung.

So lange die Wohnung online ist, ist sie noch verfügbar.
Für Haustiere und große Familien ist die Wohnung zu klein.
