I offer my two-room apartment (53 square meters) in Berlin Weißensee for a temporary sublet (January 13 until March 24, but the exact dates are negotiable if need be). The rent is 880 € per month, including everything. I ask you to pay the rent according to how long you stay per month (for example, the rent for January is 539.35 €). For our safety, I want to issue a sublet agreement requiring a security deposit of 440 €. I use a standard model for the contract, which you can buy at MacPaper.
There are trams and buses nearby. The next S-Bahn stop is Greifswalder Straße. You can get to Alexanderplatz by tram within 15 minutes, and Prenzlauer Berg is very close. It takes roughly 20 minutes by tram to get to Friedrichshain. There are supermarkets (Aldi, Netto, Edeka, even Woolworth), street food places, and nearby restaurants. My personal highlights are the lake Weißensee and the Jewish Cemetery (the biggest in Europe!).
