We rent out our beautiful and cozy fully furnished 2.5 room apartment in an traditional Berlin building, which is located in the heart of Berlin Friedenau (Schöneberg). The newly renovated apartment consists of:
- 1 spacious bedroom: wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed (160x200cm) and a big window to the front of the house
- 1 small bedroom with a window to the inner courtyard: wardrobe, pull-out double bed, shelf
- 1 large living-dining room: sofa, coffee table, chest of drawers, TV, Blu-ray player, dining table with Eames chairs with 2 large windows to the front of the house
- 1 fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, hotplate with 2 hobs, oven
- 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine (top loader)
- 1 entrance with console, bistro table and large mirror

The apartment is located in the basement of an old building with large windows and has its own separate entrance.

The apartment is very centrally located: 2 minutes walk from Walther-Schreiber Platz (U9, M48, M85, M76, 181, 186, X76), 3 minutes from various shops on Schlossstrasse (SSC, Boulevard, ...) and 7 minutes from Feuerbachstrasse S-Bahn station (S1)
