Cozy, bright apartment in Friedrichshain from September

We are offering a unique opportunity to rent our beautiful and fully renovated apartment in Friedrichshain for a single individual or couples. The apartment has 4 rooms and includes a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with an adjoining kitchen. Additionally, it has a balcony with a nice view of the TV Tower. The entire apartment has been recently renovated with good quality furnishings and appliances.

The apartment has a living room, an office room, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. We will keep one of the two bedrooms, but we are rarely in Berlin.

Freddy and I are moving permanently to Mainz but will keep our jobs in Berlin. Freddy will need to travel to Berlin monthly, typically staying for about 4 days, and I plan to stay every 3 months for a few days. On rare occasions, we might both be in the apartment simultaneously, but not for more than a week. Our bedroom can also be used as a guest room if someone visits you.

This means you would have pretty much the whole apartment for you most of the time.

The apartment is furnished, and the price includes all costs (rent, utilities, heating, and internet).

We are looking for a long-term tenant, ideally for at least 6 months, but preferably much longer. It’s important that you value tidiness and cleanliness and are open to the concept of a functional shared flat for a few days a month when we are in Berlin.
