Subletting my room for a month located in Friedrichshain.
ABOUT THE LOCATION:
The apartment is 3 min from M13, 10 min from U bahnof Samariterstraße and 13 min from S bahnof Frankfurter Allee.
A supermarket is a 5 min walk in all directions. It is also well located from restaurants, Cafes, bars and clubs.
Tourist spots are easy to access with the public transport and some spots such RAW Gelande and Boxhagenerplatz Flohmarkt are a walk distance away.
SHARED SPACES:
You will be sharing the apartment with another person. He is a Freelance architect who works from home usually. Common kitchen and bathroom space. We prefer someone who is friendly, open minded, doesn't mind a little music in the house and someone who enjoys good food. All food lifestyles welcome!
YOUR SPACE & AMENITIES:
You will have a 14 sq meters room for yourself equipped with high speed internet (100 Mb/s), A TV, books, workspace for remote working and a private balcony. The balcony opens to a beautiful green park infront of the building.
Besides this you have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, chimney, oven, microwave, refrigerator and blender. The kitchen also has all utensils and basic ingredients needed to prepare a meal.
DONT'S:
If you are smoker, you are only allowed to smoke in the balcony and not anywhere else in the apartment. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Only one person is allowed to stay in the room as a sublet, but of course feel free to invite your friends for a hang out whenever you please :)
