Light-filled 73m² apartment in Fhain (6 months !)

I'm looking for a temporary subtenant for my cozy, bright 73m² apartment in Friedrichshain. It's on the 4th floor, quietly located in a back house with plenty of natural light and space.

The flat:
The apartment is furnished as shown in the pictures:
🍽 Kitchen with fridge, stove & oven, and kitchen utensils.
🛁 Bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine.
🛋 Living room with a dining/study/work table and a large sofa.
🛏 Bedroom with a 1.6x2m bed, and a wardrobe (I'll empty half of it for you).
📶 Internet is available in the apartment. Registration (Anmeldung) is not possible.
The apartment has everything you need to feel at home.

The surrounding:
There are various supermarkets (Edeka, Rewe, Lidl, Kaufmarkt) nearby, as well as a great selection of restaurants and cozy cafés.
The transport connections are excellent: 2 minutes to Straßmannstraße, 9 minutes to Frankfurter Tor.

ich suche einen Zwischenmieter auf Zeit für meine gemütliche, helle 73m² Wohnung in Friedrichshain, 4. Stock, ruhig gelegen in einem Hinterhaus mit viel Tageslicht und Platz.

Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern eingerichtet.
Küche mit Kühlschrank, Herd & Backofen, Küchenutensilien.
Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine.
Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Ess-/Studien-/Arbeitstisch und ein großes Sofa.
Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein 1,6x2 qm großes Bett und einen Kleiderschrank (ich räume die Hälfte des Kleiderschranks für Sie aus).
Internet ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Anmeldung nicht möglich.
Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen.

Umgebung
Nicht weit entfernt gibt es alle Arten von Supermärkten (Edeka, Rewe, Lidl, Kaufmarkt), sowie eine Vielzahl von Restaurants und gemütlichen Cafés.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend: Bis zur Straßmannstraße sind es 2 Minuten zu Fuß, bis zum Frankfurter Tor 9 Minuten.
