I am looking for a subtenant for 6 months for my cozy, bright apartment in Friedrichshain. Possibly up to 12 months.
The apartment is on the 4th floor, quietly located in a rear building with lots of natural light and space.

The flat:
The apartment is furnished:

🍽 Kitchen with fridge, stove & oven, and kitchen utensils.

🛁 Bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine.

🛋 Living room with a dining/study/work table and a large sofa.

🛏 Bedroom with a 1.6x2m bed (The wardrobe in the photos has since been replaced with a clothes rack)
📶 Internet is available in the apartment.

The apartment has everything you need to feel at home.


The surrounding:
There are various supermarkets (Edeka, Rewe, Lidl, Kaufmarkt) nearby, as well as a great selection of restaurants and cozy cafés.
The transport connections are excellent: 2 minutes to Straßmannstraße, 9 minutes to Frankfurter Tor.

Ich suche eine:n Untermieter:in für 6 Monate für meine gemütliche, helle Wohnung in Friedrichshain. Eventuell sogar für bis zu 12 Monate.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock, ruhig gelegen in einem Hinterhaus mit viel Tageslicht und Platz.

Die Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert:
🍽 Küche mit Kühlschrank, Herd & Ofen sowie Küchenutensilien.
🛁 Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
🛋 Wohnzimmer mit Ess-/Studier-/Arbeitstisch und großem Sofa.
🛏 Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,6x2m Bett (der Kleiderschrank des Fotos ist mittlerweile eine Kleiderstange)
📶 Internet ist in der Wohnung verfügbar.
Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, um sich zuhause zu fühlen.

Die Umgebung:
Es gibt verschiedene Supermärkte (Edeka, Rewe, Lidl, Kaufmarkt) in der Nähe sowie eine tolle Auswahl an Restaurants und gemütlichen Cafés.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ausgezeichnet: 2 Minuten zur Straßmannstraße, 9 Minuten zum Frankfurter Tor.
