Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit 1,60m breitem Bett und hochwertiger Naturlatex-Matratze, ein Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichem Sofa, Smart-TV und Arbeits-/Esstisch sowie einen großen angrenzenden Balkon zum Innenhof, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Fenster, eine große Küche mit allen nötigen Kochutensilien, Herd, Ofen, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine und einen großen Flur. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. OG ohne Fahrstuhl.

I am renting out my approx. 70 sqm apartment in Berlin Friedrichshain for one month (possibly longer by arrangement) in March/April/May. The apartment is very bright and sunny, fully furnished, and includes electricity and internet.
It features a bedroom with a 1.60m wide bed and a high-quality natural latex mattress, a living room with a cozy sofa, smart TV, and a work/dining table, as well as a large adjoining balcony facing the courtyard. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and window, a spacious kitchen equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, a stove, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine, plus a large hallway.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor without an elevator.
