Located in a very safe area in an old building with an impressive entry way.
Unique restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, and parks just out the door. The RAW and Neue Heimat cultural area and Christmas market are minutes away. Boxhagener Park with the weekend flea market is just around the corner. Special local Christmas markets very near.
Excellent public transport. Tram directly outside the front door. Situated between Warschauer Str and Ostkreuz S and U-Bahns. Kreuzberg and Mitte are easily reached via public transport or taxi.
