Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Wohnzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer bietet genug Platz im großen Doppelbett für zwei Erwachsene. Das kleinere Zimmer hat ein Ein-Personen Bett, wo auch ein Erwachsener schlafen kann. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Couch, welche ausklappbar ist, und wo auch zwei Personen drauf schlafen können. Gekocht wird mit Gas.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms and a living room. The bedroom has enough space in the big double bed for two adults. The smaller room has a one-person bed, where one adult can also sleep. The living room has a couch, which can be folded out, and where also two people can sleep on it. Cooking is done with gas.

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig gelegen in einem Hinterhaus und ist umgeben von viel Grün. Kaum raus aus der Wohnung befindet man sich direkt auf der Simon-Dach-Straße. Der wohl belebtesten Straße Berlins, voller Cafes, Restaurants und Läden. 5 Gehminuten entfernt ist auch der Boxhagener Platz mit seiner Wiese zum Verweilen, dem Flohmarkt am Sonntag und dem Essensmarkt am Samstag. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Eine Tramstation ist nur 2 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die S-Bahn Station Warschauer Str ist in 10 min erreichbar.

The apartment is quietly located in a rear building and is surrounded by greenery. Hardly out of the apartment you are directly on the Simon-Dach-Strasse. Probably the busiest street in Berlin, full of cafes, restaurants and stores. 5 minutes walk away is also the Boxhagener Platz with its meadow to linger, the flea market on Sunday and the food market on Saturday. Public transportation is in the immediate vicinity. A streetcar station is only a 2-minute walk from the apartment. The S-Bahn station Warschauer Str can be reached in 10 min.

Wir wohnen hier! Deshalb suchen wir Leute, die zuferlässig sind und unsere Wohnung liebevoll behandeln, die Pflanzen gießen und alles sauber hinterlassen. Die Wohnung ist für Familiene mit Kindern geeignet. Aber auch als WG, oder Pärchenwohnung. Wir freuen uns auf nette Menschen!
