Ich vermiete meine wunderschöne, helle 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Berlin Friedrichshain für 1,5 Monate (Mitte Januar - Ende Februar) unter. Sie ist sowohl für Singles, als auch Pärchen geeignet, nicht für eine WG. Falls du mehr Flexibilität in den Tagen benötigst oder nur für einen Monat mieten möchtest, dann gib mir gern Bescheid. In der Miete sind alle Nebenkosten inklusive WLAN enthalten.
Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind sehr geräumig. Küche und Schlafzimmer liegen zum Hinterhof und sind darum auch unglaublich ruhig. Das Wohnzimmer mit Balkon liegen zur Straße hin, aber auch hier ist es sehr ruhig, da es eine Einbahnstraße ist.
Die Küche ist mit Gasherd und Gasofen, Waschmaschine und Mikrowelle ausgestattet.
Das Bad ist - typisch Berliner Altbau - klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Bitte nur Anfragen zur Zwischenmiete und bitte keine Raucher*innen und keine Haustiere.
In der Umgebung befinden sich Supermärkte, ein großer Park und Restaurants und Café`s.

I am subletting my beautiful, bright 2-room flat in Berlin Friedrichshain for 1.5 months (mid-January - end of February). It is suitable for singles as well as couples, not for a flat share. Please let me know if you need more flexibility in the days or only want to rent for a month. The rent includes all Nebenkosten including WiFi.
The living room and bedroom are very spacious. The kitchen and bedroom face the backyard and are therefore incredibly quiet. The living room and balcony face the street, but it is also very quiet here as it is a one-way street.
The kitchen has a gas stove, gas oven, washing machine, and microwave.
The bathroom is small - typical of old Berlin buildings - but perfectly adequate. Please only enquire about interim rent and please no smokers and no pets.
The neighbourhood has supermarkets, a large park, restaurants, and cafés.
