Altbauwohnung in Kreuzberg im September frei

Hallo liebe (Neu)Berliner,

Da wir auf Reisen sind, steht unsere Wohnung im September frei. Es handelt sich um eine 110qm große Altbauwohnung in der wunderschönen Graefestraße im besten Teil Kreuzbergs an der Grenze zu Neukölln ("Kreuzkölln"). Verkehrsanbindung sind super (U7, U8, M41) und der Hasenheide-Park ist vor der Haustüre.

Wir sind normalerweise eine kleine Familie mit Baby (40, 40, 0 Jahre). Die Wohnung wäre also sowohl für eine Person als auch für ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie geeignet.
Die Wohnung hat eigentlich 3 jeweils 25qm große Zimmer (zwei Schlafzimmer plus Wohnzimmer), Küche, Bad, Balkon, sowie einen geräumigen Flur. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden (Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Geschirr etc).
Wir würden unser Schlafzimmer schließen und einige Sachen dort unterstellen. Somit steht die Wohnung mit 2 Zimmern und insgesamt 85qm zur Verfügung.

Im Preis ist alles enthalten. Ihr könnt selbstverständlich unsere Sachen nutzen und auch Internet etc läuft natürlich weiter.

Meldet euch einfach bei Interesse. Idealerweise treffen wir uns im August und ihr könnt die Wohnung sehen. Alternativ können wir natürlich auch telefonieren und ich zeige euch die Wohnung via Video.

Meldet euch am besten per Mail oder Whattsapp. Anrufe kann ich insbesondere im Juli nicht entgegennehmen, da wir da bereits im Ausland sind.

Hello dear (new) Berliners,

As we are traveling, our apartment will be available in September. It is a 110 square meter apartment in an old building in the beautiful Graefestraße in the best part of Kreuzberg on the border to Neukölln ("Kreuzkölln"). Transport connections are great (U7, U8, M41) and Hasenheide-Park is on the doorstep.

We are usually a small family with a baby (40, 40, 0 years). So the apartment would be suitable for one person as well as a couple or a small family.
The apartment actually has 3 rooms of 25 square meters each (two bedrooms plus living room), kitchen, bathroom, balcony, and a spacious hallway. Everything you need is available (washing machine, fridge, dishes etc).
We would close our bedroom and store some things there. Thus, the apartment is available with 2 rooms and a total of 85 square meters.

Everything is included in the price. You can of course use our things and internet etc. will of course continue tu run.

Just get in touch if you are interested. Ideally we could meet in August and you can visit the apartment. Alternatively, we can of course talk on the phone and I can show you the apartment via video.
