Ich vermiete eine Wohnung in der Bevernstr direkt am Schlesischen Tor(U1). Die Wohnung ist umgeben von Bars, Restaurants und Clubs. Die Anbindung ist perfekt. Mit der U1 kommt man überall sehr schnell hin und es ist nur eine Station von Warschauer str entfernt. Von dort aus hat man alle S-Bahn anbindungen.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert mit einem Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer und einer Couch im Wohnzimmer. Sie befindet sich im Hinterhaus und ist somit sehr leise.
Der Tagespreis beträgt 40€. Der Preis gilt für 2 Personen. Für jede weitere Person wird eine extra Pauschale verlangt. Es wird eine Reinigungspauschale von 20€ bezahlt. Bei längeren Aufenthalt können wir gerne einen anderen Preis vereinbaren.

I am renting out a 1-bedroom apartment (50m²) at the heart of Kreuzberg, directly at Schlesisches Tor. The flat is on the 3rd floor in a calm courtyard. The apartment is located next to the Spree-river, close to the famous East-Side-Galery and in the neighbourhood of many restaurants, bars and party locations. The metro/subway station Schlesisches Tor (U1) opposite the street leads to a many other tourist attractions in the city. With the S-Bahn from Warschauer Strasse (5min walking distance) you are 3 stations from Alexanderplatz (the centre of Eastern Berlin).
The apartment is available from May 1st onwards. The rental period is flexible. It is possible to stay just for a weekend but you can also stay a week, a month or longer.
The costs are 40€ per night (for 1-2 persons) and a one-time charge for cleaning of 20€.
