Xmas in bright, comfy flat, great neighbourhood, home cinema

We're offering out our bright, spacious and lovingly decorated apartment in Kreuzberg's Graeffekiez - a neighbourhood known for its many restaurants, cafes, small shops, beautiful streets, flea markets, and its central location between Hasenheide and the canal. The flat is recently renovated (summer '14), calm, quiet, beautiful, and perfect for an individual or a couple.

Our home has 2 rooms, which can both be individually accessed from the hallway, plus a very spacious kitchen, and a bathroom. The flat is fully-furnished, with broadband WiFi, washing machine, and a home cinema system. (However, right now the DVD part of the projector is broken so you would need a laptop/macbook to connect to the projector to screen movies.) We have plenty of towels, pillows, duvets, blankets, etc., and also two futon mattresses.

The kitchen is bright and spacious, with seating space for 5 people. It's bright in the daytime, and warm and cosy in the evening, so its a nice space to relax, eat meals, or just hang out in.

The flat is just a few minutes walk from the underground (U-bahn) & several bus-stops, various big & little supermarkets, two bike rental stores, late night corner-shops, a cheap, awesome off-license, a post office, a cinema, a twice-weekly street market ('Maybachufer', Tuesday, Friday, & special events some weekends)... and anything else you could hope for!
