Im August bin ich auf Reisen und suche in dieser Zeit eine:n Zwischenmieter:in/ein Paar, das sorgsam und pfleglich mit meiner Wohnung umgeht.
Meine Drei-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung ist 91 qm groß und wurde 2015 mit Liebe zum Detail kernsaniert.
Sie besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, einem Arbeitszimmer mit ergonomischem Arbeitsplatz & High-Speed-Internet, einem Schlafzimmer, einem modernen Bad mit großer Dusche und Badewanne sowie einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Vom Balkon genießt man den Ausblick auf den Viktoriapark. DSL, ein Flatscreenfernseher, ein Plattenspieler, ein sehr bequemes Sofa, ein E-Piano sowie eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine tragen zum Wohnkomfort bei.

I will be traveling in August and during this time I am looking for an interim tenant/couple who will treat my apartment with care and attention.
My three-room apartment in a classic Altbau building is 91 square meters and was completely renovated in 2015 with great attention to detail.
There's a spacious living room with a super comfortable couch & balcony, a study room with ergonomic workspace, super fast wifi and a large bookshelf, a bedroom, a modern, bright bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as a well-equipped kitchen. Great view over Viktoriapark and a wide part of Kreuzberg from the balcony. You can use DSL, a flat screen TV, an e-piano, a record player, a washing machine and a dishwasher
Schönes, ruhiges Kreuzberger Wohnviertel, direkt gegenüber vom Viktoriapark und drei Minuten vom Gleisdreieckpark. Bushaltestelle (140) direkt vor der Tür, die S&U Yorckstr. ist sieben Minuten entfernt, die U Platz der Luftbrücke zehn Minuten zu Fuß. Mit dem Fahrrad sind sowohl der Bahnhof Südkreuz als auch der Potsdamer Platz in zehn Minuten zu erreichen.
Fußläufig sind mehrere Supermärkte zu erreichen (ein Lidl ist direkt um die Ecke) und es gibt einige nette Cafes und Restaurants im Kiez.

Nice, down-to-earth part of Kreuzberg, directly opposite Viktoriapark and three mins from Gleisdreieckpark. Bus stop (140) in front of door, seven minutes on foot to S&U Yorckstr., ten minutes on foot to U Platz der Luftbrücke.
Several supermarkets in walking distance (including a Lidl right around the corner) and many nice cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood.
Bitte nur Nichtraucher und keine Parties. Durch den Schnitt ist die Wohnung nur bedingt WG-geeignet, aber eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar wird sich hier sehr wohl fühlen.

No smoking and no parties please. Due to the layout, the apartment is only partially suitable for sharing, but a single person or couple will feel very comfortable here.
