Cosy 2-room appartement(03.01.25-21.02.25)

I am renting out my beautiful 2 room apartment with a huge balcony, bathtub, bed and sofa bed and great connections to everything Berlin has to offer. The Berlin clubs Sisyphos is not far by foot or by bike, or the wild Renate and everything that the Ostkreuz and the scene area Friedrichshain has to offer. In short, a relaxed apartment in a quiet area, although you can be in wild Berlin in 10-15 minutes. Shower, kitchen, dining room table and chairs are available. Three people can easily sleep and live here. If you bring a pet, it depends on which one, that could also work.
The beautiful Rummelsburg Bay is not far away. A great place for walking, jogging and simply switching off. There is a washing mashine you can use and additionally, bed sheets and towels are included.

Die Wohnung ist für zwei Monate zu vermieten. Vermiete hier meine schöne 2 Zimmerwohnung mit riesigem Balkon, Badewanne, Bett und Schlafcouch und super Anbindung zu allem was Berlin zu bieten hat. Die Berliner Clubs Sisyphos ist nicht weit zu Fuß oder mit Fahrrad, oder die wilde Renate und alles was das Ostkreuz und und die Szenegegend Friedrichshain zu bieten hat. Kurz, eine entspannte Wohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend, wobei man allerdings in 10-15 Minuten im wilden Berlin ist. Dusche, Küche, Esszimmertisch und Stühle sind vorhanden. Problemlos können hier drei Menschen schlafen und leben. Falls ihr ein Tier mitbringt, könnte das auch klappen.
Nicht weit ist die wunderschöne Rummelsburger Bucht. Ein toller Ort zum Spazieren gehen, Joggen und einfach nur Abschalten.
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung und außerdem sind Bettsachen und Handtücher vorhanden.
