ich suche dringend ein*e Untermieter*in für meine Wohnung in Dezember und Januar! Meine schöne möblierte 2-Zimmerwohnung in Friedrichsfelde ist vom 1.Dezember bis12.01.2025 frei. Die Wohnung ist hell und sehr gemütlich. Alles ist neu und frisch eingerichtet, da das Haus 2023 gebaut wurde. Für die 6 Woche verlange ich eine Miete von 900€.
Falls du Interesse hast, meine Wohnung zu untermieten, kannst du dich gerne bei mir melden. Schreib mir doch gerne was zu dir und warum du gerne meine Wohnung benutzen möchtest.

I am urgently looking for a subtenant for my apartment in December and January! My beautiful furnished 2-room apartment in Friedrichsfelde is available from December 1 to January 12, 2025. The apartment is bright and very cozy. Everything is new and freshly furnished as the house was built in 2023. For the 6 weeks I ask a rent of 900€.
