I will be visiting my family abroad in December and until early January. I am subletting my bright and cosy apartment in the meantime :)
The price of 950€ is for the whole period and includes everything (rent, electricity, internet). The apartment is fully furnished with everything you might need to enjoy a comfortable stay.
UpTo 3 people can stay at the apartment.

📍 Lichtenberg-Friedrichshain: 10 min walk to S+U Frankfurter Allee (U5 + Ringbahn), 5 min walk to streetcars 16, M13 and 21.
You can reach Alexander Platz, Boxi or Warschauer Straße in around 15 min and enjoy all the beautiful Christmas Markets there.
Numerous shops and restaurants are also nearby.

- 1 bedroom with 160x200 cm bed
- 1 living room with office area for homeoffice (high-speed Wi-Fi) and a sofa on which one person can sleep comfortably
- 1 fully-equipped kitchen with balcony overlooking the quiet, green inner courtyard
- 1 bathroom with bathtub

💲950€ for the whole period or 40€/ night
Deposit : 150€ (you get it back when you leave the flat)
