I'm subletting my cosy 2-bedroom apartment from the beginning of April until the end of June (maybe even until the end of August/September) without registration. It's located close to S Lichtenberg in a quiet and nice area. The apartment is on the 4th floor, has a balcony, a bathroom with bathtub and window and is fully equipped.
Currently I'm living here with my cat Janosch, who I would like to leave with you for the time, because I cannot take him with me to Erfurt. Janosch is an old, cute cat, who loves to cuddle and to be around people. Because of his age he needs someone checking on him regularly.
The apartment is located in Lichtenberg, 12 min by foot away from S Lichtenberg. About 10 min away you can find a bus station with the bus 240 going to S Storkower Straße. Close by you can find a small supermarket and Rewe is only 10 min by foot away. The location is great to escape from the city, as the Landschaftspark Herzberge is literally in front of the door. And for a night out, Boxhagener Platz is also only 20 min by bike away.
Generally the apartment is located in a quiet and green area, but still not far from the city center, with the U5 you can be in Mitte within 25 min.
