Eine 3-Zimmer-Whg zur Alleinnutzung von 1-2 Zimmern für 1 Person (1290€) oder einem ruhigem Paar (+ 1.450€), ab 1.10. für 1-3 Monate, maximal bis 31.01.25. Verlängerung evtl. Berlin Mitte/Prenzlauer Berg, 75qm gesamte Whg, (Der 3. Raum ist Abstellraum von mir als Hauptmieterin)
Du/Ihr hättet die Wohnung für diese Zeit alleine. Nachbar und Vermieter wissen Bescheid. Keine Partys. Keine Wochenendübernachtungen anderer Freunde möglich wegen Nachbarschafts-Lärmschutz.
Die Wohnung soll getauscht werden, solange darf sie untervermietet werden.
Regale, Betten mit Matratzen, Spiegel, Schreibtische, TV-Bank, kleines Regal. Stühle, wie Fotos. Fahrstuhl. Schöne Lage.
Homeoffice möglich: WLAN: 1000 mbit/s.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Besteck, Topf, Pfanne, Kühlschrank, Mikro, Wasserkocher, Waschmaschine.
Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Decken, Kissen bei Bedarf vorhanden.
Die Nachbarn sind leise, etwas Trittschall nach unten, jedoch nicht von oben und nicht im Zimmer, sonst ruhig.
Vor dem Haus fährt und hält die Tram M1 und M12.
Eventuell 1-2 Monate zu verlängern.
Die Wohnung wird nach 3-4 Monaten voraussichtlich getauscht: Interessierte dürfen zu abgesprochenen Terminen die Wohnung mit mir als Hauptmieterin besichtigen: ca. 1-2 pro Monat. (Termine werden ca. 2 Tage zuvor gemeinsam abgesprochen)
Postzustellung möglich, Anmeldung nicht. Bei einer Person: 1 großes angenehmes Zimmer, schöne Aussicht. Schallschutzfenster, 2. Zimmer nur Abstellplatz, bei 2 Personen: 2 Zimmer
Kaution: 400€, Wohnung wird gepflegt übergeben, wie erhalten. Sonst bis 100€ bis zu 250€ Reinigungskosten.

A 3-room apartment for sole use of 1-2 rooms for 1 person (1290€) or a quiet couple (+ 1,450€), from October 1st for 1-3 months, maximum until January 31st, 2025. Extension possible. Berlin Mitte/Prenzlauer Berg, 75sqm entire apartment, (The 3rd room is a storage room for me as the main tenant)
You would have the apartment to yourself for this time. Neighbor and landlord know about it. No parties. No weekend overnight stays by other friends possible due to neighborhood noise protection.
The apartment is to be swapped, but it can be sublet for the time being.
Shelves, beds with mattresses, mirrors, desks, TV bench, small shelf. Chairs, like photos. Elevator. Nice location.
Home office possible: WiFi: 1000 mbit/s.
The kitchen is equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, fridge, microwave, kettle, washing machine.
Towels, bed linen, blankets, pillows available if required.
The neighbors are quiet, some footfall noise downwards, but not from above and not in the room, otherwise quiet.
The M1 and M12 trams run and stop in front of the house.
May be extended for 1-2 months.
The apartment will probably be swapped after 3-4 months: interested parties can view the apartment with me as the main tenant at agreed dates: approx. 1-2 per month. (Appointments are agreed together approx. 2 days in advance)
Postal delivery possible, registration not required. For one person: 1 large, pleasant room, beautiful view. Soundproof windows, 2nd room only storage space, for 2 people: 2 rooms
Deposit: €400, apartment will be handed over in good condition, as received. Otherwise up to €100 to €250 cleaning costs.
