I am subletting my beautiful fully furnished 54sqm 2-room apartment with balcony for the Holidays: December 5th to January 9th.
The apartment is on the 1st floor (SW facing) on Linienstr. It gets a lot of light and the balcony gets sun in the afternoon :) Everything is in perfect condition and furnished like new.
1 Bedroom: Queen bed with blackout curtains.
1 Living/dining room: Dining table w/ 4 chairs, desk and monitor for home office, big sofa, Smart TV, dimmable lights
1 Bathroom:New Samsung washing machine, bathtub
1 Open kitchen: Fully equipped (incl. dishwasher, oven, induction stove, microwave)
1 Balcony with table and chairs
Linienstr. is a calm quiet street as it is a bike street. U Oranienburg Tor and S Oranienburger Str. stations within a 5min walk so you can get anywhere within the ring in 30min. There are restaurants, bars, parks, and grocery stores all around within a 5 to 10min walk. Museum island is a 10min walk from the apartment.
The price on the ad is for 1 month. If you are interested in the entire period it would be €1600.
No smokers, no pets, no anmeldung possible. It is a quiet modern building. No parties allowed (you’ll get the neighbor ringing at the door at 10pm sharp).
