We are subletting our fully furnished and comfortably equipped apartment in Berlin Mitte (10115) for from 15 January to 30 June 2025, with the option to extend until 31 December 2025.

The apartment is 94m², located on the 3rd floor of a modern building from 2017 with an elevator, and consists of:

- a long hallway with shoe and clothing cabinets and 2 bike racks,
- a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (glasses, pots, cutlery, dishes, oven, dishwasher, large fridge, dining table with 6 chairs, sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, TV),
- a study with a desk, sofa bed, and TV,
- a second study with a height-adjustable desk and sofa bed,
- a sleeping nook separated from the second study by a curtain,
- 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a bathtub),
- a small pantry with a washing machine and an additional standalone freezer,
- a balcony furnished with outdoor furniture (table and 4 chairs, including 2 adjustable ones).

Two U6 stations are within a 2–3-minute walk, and S-Bahn, bus, and tram connections are only a few minutes away by foot. It’s a 15-minute walk to Hauptbahnhof.

On the ground floor there is a pharmacy, Edeka supermarket, DM, and a Steinecke bakery. Parking spaces available on the street right in front of the building, and in the surrounding area.
