A beautifully furnished flat with a balcony located in Stadtmitte is available for short-term rental. The flat has two sleeping rooms and a huge living room directly on Leipziger Straße. The sleeping rooms are in the backyard which is more quite area. Rewe supermarket conveniently located directly across the street and Lidl is 4 min walking.
Please note: No pets allowed, No smoking, and the flat is strictly for short-term stays as we are currently traveling. No Anmeldung is possible.
The monthly rent is 1,800 EUR, all-inclusive. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
Checkpoint Charlie and Stadtmitte station are 2 minutes to reach and the supermarket is accross the street (1 minute).
The beautiful gendarmenmarkt is about 4 minutes walking distance that has a variety of restaurants with diverse cuisines. 10 minuteswalking from potsdamer platz.
You are going to be 1-minute walking distance from Friedrichstrasse, one of the main shopping streets in Berlin.
You are going to be 10-15 minutes away with the underground from all the key districts in the city that you should be visiting from Neukölln, Kreuzberg to Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain.
The Neighborhood
Checkpoint Charlie is around the corner. The Jewish monument, the Bundestag and the Brandenburger gate are 10 minutes walk. Friedrichstrasse, the main shopping street is in front of the house door, and all interesting districts (Kreuzberg, Rosenthaler Platz, Prenzlauer Berg) are all maximum 15-20 minutes away with the underground. There are 2 supermarkets in front of the house, a laundry service and a few bakeries. Banks and ATMs are also around the corner (1 min).
Getting around
The underground lines U6 Stadtmitte (North - South) and U2 Stadtmitte (East-West) are 2-3 minutes to reach.
