Hallo zusammen,

ich vermiete kurzfristig meine schöne Wohnung in Berlin-Mitte vom 1. September – 15. November 2023. Sie kann bei Bedarf auch flexibel in diesem Zeitraum angemietet werden.

Da es sich hier um eine sehr hochwertige Wohnung und Immobilie handelt, werde ich die Wohnung ausschließlich an eine dafür geeignete Person vermieten. Zur Info: die Wohnung ist nicht WG geeignet, da die beiden Zimmer ein Durchgangsbereich sind. Idealerweise ist die Wohnung für eine Person oder ein Paar geeignet.

Zur Lage: sie ist sehr zentral gelegen (15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hbf, 10 Minuten zur Oranienburger Straße) und luxuriös ausgestattet (Poliform-Küche, Regenwasser-Dusche, Parkett, 3,30 hohe Decken, Designer Wohnhaus).

Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Zimmer als offener Durchgang und wird möbliert vermietet. Das Boxspringbett hat die Maße 1,60 x 2,00 m. Tiere sind leider nicht erlaubt und die Wohnung wird nur an Nichtraucher vergeben.

Zusätzlich gibt es im Haus einen Fitnessraum und eine große Dachterrasse mit 360 Grad Blick über den Dächern von Berlin.

Direkt am Wohnhaus befinden sich ein Edeka, DM, Bäcker und Apotheke. Man hat alles, was man braucht direkt zur Verfügung.

++ apartment viewings this weekend August 12./13th

I am renting out my beautiful apartment in Berlin-Mitte from September 1st - November 15th, 2023.
If necessary, it can also be rented flexibly during this period.

Since this is a very high quality apartment and property, I will rent the apartment exclusively to a suitable person. The apartment is not suitable for shared living, as the two rooms are a passageway. Ideally, the apartment is suitable for one person or a couple.

About the location: it is very centrally located (15 minutes walk to the Hbf, 10 minutes to Oranienburger Straße) and luxuriously equipped (Poliform kitchen, rainwater shower, parquet flooring, 3.30 high ceilings, designer apartment building).

The apartment has two rooms as an open passage and is rented furnished. The box spring bed has the dimensions 1,60 x 2,00 m. Unfortunately, animals are not allowed and the apartment is rented to non-smokers only.

In addition, there is a fitness room in the house and a large roof terrace with 360 degree views over the rooftops of Berlin.

Directly at the apartment building are an Edeka, drug store, bakery and pharmacy. You have everything you need directly at your disposal.
