Grüne Wohnung in zentraler Lage (Park mit Aussicht gegenüber) :)

Bitte beantworte diese 3 kurzen Fragen:
- Welche Beziehung hast du zu Zimmerpflanzen? 🪴
- Was bringt dich nach Berlin?
- Wenn du für den Rest deines Lebens nur noch Pizza essen könntest... wie würde der Belag aussehen?

Generell liebe ich Natur, deshalb sind sehr viele Pflanzen in der Wohnung und glücklicherweise ist direkt gegenüber ein schöner Park mit Aussichtspunkt (Humboldthain)!

Die Wohnung ist wie gesagt sehr grün und auch stilvoll eingerichtet. In Berlin ist Wohnraum knapp, deshalb muss man manchmal kreativ werden...das macht den Charm aber auch aus!
Ich fühle mich sehr wohl in meiner Wohnung und hoffe du hast hier auch eine schöne Zeit!

Man kann Wäsche waschen und natürlich die Küche ganz normal mit nutzen.
Das Bad ist recht frisch renoviert und die Fenster wurden gerade erst ausgetauscht! :)

Also wenn du Lust auf Berlin hast oder übergangsweise etwas brauchst...dann schreib mir einfach kurz wann du Zeit hast zu callen ich mach mir gerne möglichst "persönlich" ein Bild von Menschen, wenn du in Berlin bist lass gerne auf ein Kaffee/Bierchen treffen :)

I generally love nature, so there are lots of plants in the apartment and fortunately, there is a beautiful park with a viewpoint (Humboldthain) directly opposite!

As I said, the apartment is very green and stylishly furnished. Living space is scarce in Berlin, so sometimes you have to get creative...but that's also part of the charm!
I feel very comfortable in my apartment and hope you have a great time here too!

You can do laundry and of course, use the kitchen as normal.
The bathroom has just been renovated and the windows are brand new! :))

So if you feel like going to Berlin or need something for a while... write me when you have time to call and I'll be happy to get a personal impression of you, if you're in Berlin let's meet for a coffee/beer :)
