While we are traveling, we would like not to leave the apartment empty. For 1 to 4 People (price could rise depending on amount of people).
Perfect Appartement to enjoy quietness being connected to Berlin. Close to most popular places.
Enjoy your stay in a very nice historic "monument protected" building.
The Appartement comes with a dormitory with a 180x200cm Bett. A wide living room with a dining table and two sofas. A Work/Entertainment room with a Sleep couch for two people and a 55 Zoll TV. A kitchen with everything you will need for your stay.
5 Minutes walking to Alexander Platz, close to one of the biggest Malls in Berlin (Alexa) and with 3 Supermarkets within 150m.
2 Cinemas less than 7 minutes walking, including the Kino International.
Perfect place to discover Berlin while your stay here:
* 3 Stations to the central station
* 3 Stations to the U. Eberswalderstr. (Popular place to have Coffee and see a lot going on)
* 3 Stations to the Simon-Dach Kiez. (Very popular to have a Bier and have the Berlin vibe)
* 1 Station to a 2km rest of the Wall
* 3 Stations to Kottbusser Tor in Kreuzberg (I don't know why but people like going there)
* 20 Minutes to Zoo (Maybe important)
I will be traveling for the time been and hope to find nice, responsible tenants looking for a comfortable stay in Berlin.

Parking always easy to get in the street. You might want to register before not to pay fees.
