I’m subletting my 2-room apartment for rental period of 6-12 months. However time period could be somewhat flexible and we can talk it.

- Available from 1st October 2024.
- Suitable for 1 person only, no exceptions!
- Rent (warm): €835
- Deposit: €900
- Internet and electricity are also included.
- Utility bills (heating, water, garbage, all other building bills) are INCLUDED in this price.
- IMPORTANT: These bills for heating and electricity are for a certain amount of water/heat/electricity, i.e. if you use more than what is included you will have to pay what is extra!!!

- NO PETS allowed!
- NO SMOKING allowed (inside or on the balcony)!!!
- NO LOUD MUSIC or PARTIES allowed!

- Apartment is 52sq. meters in total in a quiet building.
- 1 bedroom and 1 living room connected to a kitchen thus creating a big open space.
- 1 spacious bathroom with a bathtub. Washing machine available.
- Build-in kitchen with a fridge. Pots and pans are there.
- Central heating.
- Ground floor apartment. Quiet and relaxed. It's located in a backyard, so it is not facing the street. Windows face the shared backyard and a garden.

IMPORTANT !!!!!!

It's important for you to know that this is very low price for a 2-room flat in Berlin. The reason is that I'll be still paying part of the rent, as I need access to the flat from time to time. I'm a designer by profession and used to have my creative atelier + living space in the whole flat. I have moved out and live in a different place, but need access from time to time to the flat. You will be renting the bedroom and the rest of the space, while I might come during the day from time to time in the living room - not to live, but as a creative atelier to work on different design projects.
At the moment I don't have any plans and projects which might bring me often to the flat (and haven't been there for work in 5 months), but need to keep this option open. Therefore I'm looking for someone comfortable with this agreement. The space that I will be using is the living room, which is an open space, connected to the kitchen, so you would have access to this space when I'm not there and are free to use it, making your rental space the size of a 2-room apartment, as advertised.

We can of course meet and see if we are a good match and take it from there.

Some of the furniture in the flat for you are a double bed with a mattress, 2 wardrobes, book shelves with a chest, kitchen table, coffee table, kitchen shelves, long working table, bathroom cupboard among other things. They will stay. No couch, but feel free to bring or buy your own.

ALSO - It’s suitable for DESIGNERS/ARTISTS if you want to use the living room space for creation.
