Ich vermiete meine schöne Wohnung für 5 Wochen (06.03-10.04). Der Preis für die 5 Wochen beträgt insgesamt 975 Euro inkl Heizung, Strom und Internet.
Die gemütliche Altbauwohnung hat einen großen Flur mit viel Stauraum, ein kleines aber feines Bad, eine gemütliche Küche ausgestattet mit allen was man braucht (inkl Spül- und Waschmaschine), und ein großes Wohn/Schlafzimmer mit Schreibtisch und Balkon. Es gibt einen Innenhof in dem man sein Fahrrad abstellen kann.
Das Haus hat eine nette Hausgemeinschaft.

The cozy old apartment has a large hallway with plenty of storage space, a small but nice bathroom, a cozy kitchen equipped with everything you need (including a dishwasher and washing machine), and a large living/bedroom with a desk and a balcony. There is an inner courtyard where you can park your bike.
The house has a nice house community.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist finde ich optimal: Gleich neben dem wunderschönen Körnerpark, 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Tempelhofer Feld, einige süße Cafes, Restaurants und Bars in der Nachbarschaft, aber dennoch eine ruhige Nachbarschaft (und auch eine ruhige Straße an der die Wohnung liegt). Du bist in 5 Minuten an der S und U Bahn Neukölln und 8 Minuten an der S und U Bahn Hermannstraße. Der Körnerkiez ist super süß und der Schillerkiez und Rixdorf sind auch gleich nebenan.

Right next to the beautiful Körnerpark, 20 minutes on foot to Tempelhofer Feld, several cute cafes, restaurants, and bars in the neighborhood, but still a quiet area (and also a quiet street where the apartment is located). Ich suche nach 1 oder 2 (Pärchen) netten, zuverlässigen und ordentlichen Menschen, die sich freuen die Wohnung in der Zeit ihr Zuhause nennen zu wollen und die gut mit der Wohnung und den Möbel umgehen :) Eine Privathaftpflichtversicherung wäre optimal.
Schreib mir doch gerne ein wenig zu dir, wenn es evtl passt, telefonieren wir einfach mal. Und dann würde ich dich vor Einzug gerne einmal persönlich kennenlernen.

There is another room in the apartment (which is not included in the 55 sqm) in which a friend will live around 3 nights during this time. But he is so rarely there that you would have the apartment to yourself 90% of the time. And when he is there, he is out most of the time anyway.
Feel free to write me a little about you, if it works out we can just talk on the phone. And then I would like to get to know you in person before you move in.
