Die komplette Wohnung hat 62m2 und voll ausgestattet mit Balkon. Ich freue mich über freundliche Untermieter. Das kleine Zimmer würde ich nicht zur verfügung stellen und meine Sachen drin aufbewahren.

Hello, Iam renting my room but propably I will also travelling. If iam there it will be 35 if not its 40 per night. The small room is not fur use, either I will be there or its for my stuff. Minimum stay is 5 nights.
Everything you need is inside. A very comfortable bed, a washing and a dishing Maschine. Even an icecream mashine and more. If you are bringing another person its extra.

nähe vom Tempelhoferfeld und SU Hermannstr. Ring.
Alles nötige befindet sich direkt in meiner Umgebung. Aldi ist auch gleich gegenüber. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Imbisse für jeden Geschmack und zum fairen Preis.
Everything you need is in the near. Aldi is infront of my flat.
The flat is near s U Hermannstr. and the Tempelhofer field. Its perfect for doing sports like windskating or kiting. A busstation is directly infront the flat.
Mein Fahrrad stelle ich auch gerne
zur Verfügung auf Anfrage.
My bike and can also be used if its available.
