2 floor apartment in Neukolln

Subletting my space for 8 months with the possibility to renew for a up to 2 years.

About the space:

The apartment is spread out on two floors (top floors) in an older building in the hinterhaus.
With many Berlin / Neukolln buildings, the outside isn't as nice as the interior. One the first floor; the vestibule, the kitchen, bathroom, small office. On the second, the bedroom and living room. Both floors can be accessed from the hallway.

I really love this space, so I am looking for someone who will take good care of it while I am out of town. Someone who is good at communicating and has a job. I am asking for a month and a half deposit (for 6 months) as the place is semi- furnished with a couch, washing machine, bed, dresser and other small amenities...including a few plants. Also, the apartment building requires a quiet, calm tenant as the neighbour below is older. Something to note when you are considering the space.

All bills (electricity, heating, internet, ARD ) have been calculated into the rent's additional costs.

The apartment is very couple friendly as one room is much smaller than the other and is more suitable to be used as an office than an actual bedroom.

The lease would start for a 8 months and could potentially last up to two years. A new agreement could be made after the first 7-8 months depending how things go.
