This apartment currently consists of a flat share of 5 rooms/ 5people!
*At daytime you usually find only 1 person at home, another one only comes on weekends -> you may not meet them. The kitchen is tiny but has a cute wooden seating corner, its the only common space for the flat mates to meet.
*Smoking is not allowed, though 2 flatmates smoke in their private rooms
*There are 2 small dogs in the house. They are friendly and stay in K.s room always. But if you meet them they are happy about people.
*the ambience: The place is not fancy, its more rough and artsy, plants and paintings make some cozy atmosphere, some spots of the walls are in need of refurbishment
*we have a cleaning system and depend on everyones regular cleaning according to the rotation system, still you do find dishes and stuff left for some time, we talk about needs and try to meet the needs of the others regarding cleaning, noise etc. and we wish to have someone who can communicate their needs nicely too :)
Attention: Currently there is no washing machine, so you have to go to the wash center around the corner for 5€/machine
We are directly located at Karl-Marx-Str. 100 m away from U Station Rathaus Neukölln. You are in the center of vivid artsy underground Neukölln but its also a very crowded area. Neukölln has the highest population density. We have the shopping mall Rathaus Center on our right side, which has advantages like several sevices from post, banks, grocery, supermarkets like KAUFLAND, ROSSMANN, LIDL close by- A bunge of fast food and restaurants around as well. Disadvantage is clearly the level of noise, light pollution, certain intensity and stress. But shops like our SPÄTI (late night shop) in front of door make me feel some cozy neighbourhood vibes, that helps :)
