Zwischenmiete in Pankow (3 Zimmer, 70qm)

Hallo,

Da ich für eine Weile auf Reisen sein werde, vermiete ich meine Mietwohnung für diese begrenzte Zeit, mit Erlaubnis meines Vermieters.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, ruhig und hell. Neben dem Bad und einer ziemlich großen modernen Küche bietet sie ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Studio mit Balkon. Wi-Fi ist selbstverständlich vorhanden, ebenso wie ein Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner.

Der U-Bahnhof Pankow (U2) und andere Straßenbahn-/Busverbindungen sind weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, wo man auch einen Supermarkt, eine Apotheke, einen DM-Laden finden kann. Es gibt auch einen Spätkauf direkt an der Ecke der Straße, in der die Wohnung liegt. Direkt neben der Wohnung befindet sich die Florastraße, mit vielen Restaurants und Läden.

Da in der Vergangenheit mir einige interessierte mit Kinder geschrieben haben, füge ich hinzu, dass die Wohnung für Einzelpersonen oder Paare gedacht ist, weil es nur ein Bett gibt. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Das Rauchen ist nur draußen auf dem Balkon erlaubt. Es ist nicht möglich, die Anmeldung an dieser Adresse zu tun.

Hello,

Since I will be traveling for a while, I am renting out my apartment for this limited time, with the authorization of my landlord.

The apartment is very spacious, quiet and bright. Besides the bathroom and a pretty big modern kitchen, it offers a bedroom, a living room and a studio with a balcony. Wi-Fi is of course available, as well as a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer.

Pankow subway station (U2) and other tram/bus connections are less than 5 minutes walk away, where you will also find a supermarket, a pharmacy, and a DM store. There is also a Spätkauf right on the corner of the street where the apartment is located. Directly next to the apartment there is the Florastraße, with plenty of restaurants and shops.

Since in the past some interested persons with kids have written to me, I add that the apartment is intended for singles or couples, because there is only one bed. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only outside on the balcony. It is not possible to do the registration at this address at the Bürgeramt.
