Ich vermiete meine 2-Zimmer Wohnung in Berlin Pankow für 2 Monate unter. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, Du musst nichts mitbringen.
Die Wohnung ist im Obergeschoss des Hauses und durch die großen Fenster im Wohnzimmer und die Dachfenster im Schlafzimmer – beides hin zur Südseite – sehr hell. Der Balkon ist mit bequemen Möbeln ausgestattet und ebenfalls zur Südseite raus.
Die direkte Nachbarschaft im Haus ist ruhig, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Haus hat einen Aufzug.
Die Miete versteht sich pro Monat.
I am renting out my 2-room apartment in Berlin Pankow until March 31st. The apartment is fully furnished, you don't have to bring anything with you.
The apartment is on the upper floor of the house and is very bright due to the large windows in the living room and the skylights in the bedroom - both facing south. The balcony is furnished with comfortable furniture and also faces south.
The direct neighborhood in the house is quiet, friendly and helpful.
The house has an elevator.
The rent is per month.
Die Wohnung ist in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet gelegen und nah zu Bus, Tram und S-Bahn (Pankow). Der Bus ist lediglich 2 Gehminuten entfernt, die Tram 10 Minuten und die S-Bahn 15 Minuten.
Parken ist vor dem Haus gut möglich, es ist so gut wie immer etwas frei.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, Bäckerei) sind alle fußläufig erreichbar. Biomarkt mit dem Fahrrad ca. 5 Minuten entfernt.
Ich suche nach jemandem, der gut acht gibt auf meine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung und sich dabei auch noch ein bisschen um meine Pflanzen kümmert (auf dem Balkon ist bereits alles im Winterschlaf). WG ist nicht möglich.
Gerne zeige ich Dir die Wohnung auch über einen Videocall.
