The sun-drenched apartment offers a spacious living room, a cozy bedroom, big bathroom with a shower tray and bath tub and separate kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher with a magical view overlooking the Schwedter bridge and iconic buildings in Berlin. The most beautiful place is definiteely our lovely balcony with BBQ where you can enjoy lovely spring evenings with the open view towards the tower.
A special highlight is the machine with dryer. Also, the cleaning can be arranged every 2 weeks in case you want it for only 20 EUR.
The apartment is offered fully furnished for interim rent. We live here comfortably and are happy to rent to individuals or couple / small familys. Extra children toys can be provided.
You will also have empthy wardarobe in the bedroom so that there is enough space for your clothes in the apartment.
Perfect location! You can reach S ring or RE / U8 in just 5-6 minutes on foot. For shopping, Aldi is 1 minute away and Denn's Bio Market, Kaufland and Rewe are just a short walk away.
Unique experience in Berlin - quiet neighborhood, next to the city Moritzhof farm and direct access to the Mauerpark! The Ring bahn, RE, S and U bahn around the corner.
There are countless restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walk. I am happy to give recommendations.
And the best thing: On the weekend you can visit the Mauerpark - both flea market, market and entertainment programm right around the corner.
The apartment will not be handed over.
Extension of periods is not possible.

As mentioned above, everything is furnished. The deposit serves as insurance against damage or theft and can be repaid within a maximum of one week after handover.
