Prenzlauer Berg Penthouse

Hello! We are looking for one person to sublet our place through Tuesday February 11th.

this is a large, fully-furnished penthouse apartment with high ceilings in Prenzlauer Berg. 5th floor German, 6th floor American. 110 steps, no elevator due to historical building restrictions.

This is a 1920 historically-protected building but the penthouse was built in 2000.

The room being rented is a duplex room. We will be out of town for most of this time period but will visit for a few days here and there. Our bedroom is at the opposite end of the apartment away from the duplex room.

Apartment is 110 M2. You will have access to about 70 M2 - duplex bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, back office room and balcony.

Washer, dryer, dishwasher on site

It is a quiet neighborhood yet only a five-minute walk from the U-Bahn, S-Bahn and tram stop at Schönhauser Allee. Many grocery stores, restaurants and cafes in the area.

No smoking, please.

Ours is a spacious, quirky, funky apartment. If you like something a little different and idiosyncratic with great location, this is the place for you.
