Da wir unsere Elternzeit nutzen, um länger zu verreisen, möchten wir unsere helle und geräumige Dachgeschosswohnung in dieser Zeit in liebevolle Hände übergeben.

Unsere Wohnung ist ideal für dich/euch, wenn:

- Du viel Raum und Licht liebst
- Du einen grünen Daumen hast und gerne von Pflanzen umgeben bist
- Du gerne in einer voll ausgestatteten Küche kochst und backst
- Du das lebendige Berliner Kiezleben schätzt und gerne mittendrin bist, es aber trotzdem ruhig haben möchtest
- Du es als tägliches kostenloses Fitnessstudio schätzt, fünf Stockwerke ohne Aufzug zu erklimmen

Die Wohnung bietet einen großzügigen, offenen Wohnbereich mit Kücheninsel und angrenzendem Balkon, ein stilvolles Wohnzimmer mit kunstvoll gestalteter Schiebetür und ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer. Da wir ein kleines Baby haben, sind auch Wickeltisch und weitere Baby-Ausstattung vorhanden und können bei Bedarf genutzt werden. Die Wohnung eignet sich daher wunderbar für ein Paar, eventuell mit Baby. Für WGs ist sie nur bedingt geeignet, da man aus dem Wohnzimmer (mit Schlafcouch) doch einige Geräusche aus dem Ess- und Wohnbereich mitbekommt.

Die Miete entspricht dem, was auch wir für Warmmiete und Nebenkosten wie Internet, Strom, Gas und Rundfunkgebühren zahlen. Bei Interesse können wir das gerne nachweisen.

Die Wohnung ist von Mitte September bis etwa Mitte März verfügbar - wir sind flexibel mit den Daten, allerdings sollte die Wohnung für mindestens 4 Monate gemietet werden.

Since we are using our parental leave to travel for an extended period, we would like to hand over our bright and spacious attic apartment to caring hands during this time.

Our apartment is perfect for you if:

- You love plenty of space and light
- You have a green thumb and enjoy being surrounded by plants
- You love cooking and baking in a fully equipped kitchen
- You appreciate the vibrant Berlin neighborhood life and enjoy being in the heart of it while still preferring a quiet environment
- You value climbing five flights of stairs without an elevator as your daily free fitness studio

The apartment features a generous, open living area with a kitchen island and adjoining balcony, a stylish living room with an artistically designed sliding door, and a spacious bedroom. Since we have a small baby, a changing table and other baby equipment are also available if needed. The apartment is therefore perfect for a couple, possibly with a baby. It is only partially suitable for shared apartments (WGs) because noise from the dining and living areas can be heard in the living room (with a sofa bed).

The rent corresponds to what we pay for warm rent and utilities such as internet, electricity, gas, and broadcasting fees. If interested, we can provide proof of this.

The apartment is available from mid-September to around mid-March - we are flexible with the dates, but the apartment should be rented for at least 4 months.
