Lichtdurchflutete Wohnung im Prenzlauer Berg zur Untermiete (3,5 Monate):

Ich gehe für 3,5 Monate ins Ausland und biete daher meine helle und freundliche Wohnung im schönen Prenzlauer Berg zur befristeten Untermiete an. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und bietet viel Tageslicht, was vor allem im Winter nicht schaden kann! Ich suche einen ruhigen und verantwortungsbewussten Untermieter:in (oder Paar), der/die die Wohnung in dieser Zeit pflegt (inklusive den Pflanzen).

Die angezeigte Miete deckt meine Kosten und kann daher nicht reduziert werden. Bei Interesse biete ich gerne eine Online Besichtigung bzw. weitere Fotos an. Anmeldung ist nicht möglich. Untermietsvertrag wird geschlossen inklusive Vorauszahlung einer Kaution.

Bright and Spacious Apartment in Prenzlauer Berg for Sublet (3.5 months)

I will be abroad for 3.5 months and am therefore offering my bright and friendly apartment in beautiful Prenzlauer Berg for a limited-time sublet. The apartment is centrally located and gets plenty of natural light, which is especially welcome during the winter months! I am looking for a quiet and responsible tenant (or couple) who will take care of the apartment during this time, including the plants.

The listed rent covers my costs and is therefore non-negotiable. If interested, I’m happy to offer an online viewing or provide more photos. Registration is not possible. A sublease agreement will be signed, including the upfront payment of a deposit.
